6ix9ine Robbery Victim Held at Gunpoint by Rapper’s Affiliates Wants Him to Pay Up

Written by on December 19, 2019

Daniel “Tekashi 6ix9ine” Hernandez walked out of court on Wednesday with a two-year prison sentence and five years of supervised release. While he might be relieved to be dodging a considerably longer 37 years to life scenario, the controversial rapper has plenty of people less than pleased about the relaxed sentence. One of them is Nine Trey Bloods robbery victim Skyy Daniels, who spoke to TMZ about 6ix9ine’s day in court.

“The best thing about the two-year sentence; I did not want him to be able to come home for Christmas to his family,” said Daniels, who was held at gunpoint by 6ix9ine’s affiliates after they believed her and her assistant worked for Rap-A-Lot Records. While an innocent bystander who was shot during a shooting 6ix9ine was involved in did speak in court yesterday, Daniels was involved in a separate incident. She did, however, provide a victim impact statement prior to the sentencing.

“You know where I was last Christmas? I was in the hospital,” she continued. The rapper offered to pay for the medical bills of the victim who spoke in court, but he has not offered any financial compensation to Daniels. “He should pay her medical bills,” she added, before saying that he owes her money for what he put her through. “Yes he owes me everything because he took everything away from me. Yes, he owes me everything that he has.”

She went on to stress that she wants to see him “financially bankrupt” as a result of his crimes. “My nightmares come from Tekashi,” she said. “I still need counseling, I haven’t been able to afford it. I’ve suffered financially, mentally, emotionally, spiritually… Yes, he deserves to pay all of us.”

While 6ix9ine wasn’t involved in the actual robbery, it was reportedly conducted on his orders as he waited in a nearby car. Since his sentencing includes time served, he is expected to be released late 2020.
