Tierra Whack Puts Imitators on Blast in New Track “Clones”

Whack History month carries on with the release of Tierra Whack‘s hard-hitting song “Clones.”
The Nick Verruto-produced record finds the Philadelphia MC taking aim at her imitators: “Everybody walkin’ like me now/Everybody talkin’ like me now/Heard I’m who they wanna be now,” she raps. “[…] N**ga try to take my flow/Who the hell he think he is?/I just wanna make my dough/Gotta take care of my kids.”
“Clones” arrived Tuesday, exactly one week after she dropped “Only Child“—her first solo release since 2018’s Whack World studio album. You can listen the new track now on all major streaming services and via YouTube above.
Tierra is scheduled to make her late-night television debut on the March 4 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! The 23-year-old will take the stage at Coachella 2019 in April.
