East London rapper TiZ East connects with veteran producer Bayoz Muzik for new street anthem “Nokia Or Zanco”, which comes complete with a fresh set of visuals.
With a vibe reminiscent of last week’s “Ringtone” by Blanco and Dr Vades, “Nokia Or Zanco” also involves a ringing line in its production and perhaps further illustrates the creative adaptation taking place within London’s rap scenes in the aftermath of online content crackdowns.
“24/7“, released last year, hinted at the progression of TiZ East’s sound, and on “Nokia Or Zanco” he places an urgent, staggered flow over a pounding instrumental, shining on arguably his biggest drop to date.
