Studio Nicholson’s SS22 Collection Is As Plush As It Gets

Nick Wakeman’s Studio Nicholson label has recently previewed its Spring/Summer 2022 collection, offering plush fabrics and contemporary, loose-fitting silhouettes.
Focused on the functionality and modular concepts of garment design, each piece has been carefully considered to allow it to seamlessly coexist within the wearer’s wardrobe. Building on the brand’s signature styling, the linage features an array of generous cuts and workwear cues, which have been refined by Wakeman’s eye for intricate streamlined apparel.
Garments arrive in the form of workwear chore coats, knit cardigans and Ventile overcoats, which have been dressed in monochromatic tones of white and black along with pops of red and blue. Flowing silks and draping knits—along with crisp, poplin shirting—are added to the mix, while washed denim and a yellow and black plaid print also catch the eye.
In addition to that, Studio Nicholson’s Spring/Summer 2022 line sees the introduction of new footwear designs—including leather mules and slippers—nattily paired with signature wide, cropped trousers.
In April last year, Studio Nicholson opened up doors to a new flagship store in London’s Soho, housing the brand’s full menswear and womenswear collections, as well as accessories, leather goods, and footwear.
