Peace Collective Drops Retro Merch Collab With McDonald’s

Toronto apparel brand Peace Collective has teamed up with McDonald’s for a merch collab heavy on nostalgia. The collection is in support of the restaurant’s charity initiative McHappy Day, and will be available until May 11th, while supplies last.
The limited-edition merch features iconic McDonaldland characters on a collection of tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, and more. Peace Collective is best known for their popular “Toronto vs. Everybody” shirts.
On May 11, McHappy Day will take place to support local Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) as well as other local children’s charities.
Canadians can get into the spirit with McDonald’s Canada, who will be partnering with DJs all over the country to curate their own music mixes. Every day leading up to McHappy Day, DJs will perform these mixes live on their socials. Hear the mixes on McDonald’s Canada’s Spotify.
Another way McDonald’s guests can show their support for McHappy Day is by making a $2 donation to receive a McHappy Heart in the weeks leading up to May 11. The Hearts come with a surprise “thank you” video from Canadian celebrities, athletes, or families that have once stayed at a Ronald McDonald Charity House.
Like the last McHappy Day, a portion of proceeds from all food and beverages purchased on May 11 will be donated to Ronald McDonald House charities and other local children’s charities.
