Quavo and Takeoff Share New Song and Video “Big Stunna” f/ Birdman

The Bando Babies are back at it again.
“Big Stunna”—appropriately featuring Birdman—is the latest song from Quavo and Takeoff, collectively known as Unc & Phew, a reference to their family ties. The two unveiled the moniker in May, along with their first track together, “Hotel Lobby.” They returned two months later with the Gucci Mane-assisted “Us vs. Them.”
The continued partnership sparks curiosity regarding the absence of Offset, who just dropped his solo song “Code” with Moneybagg Yo, a week after the Baby Keem-produced “5 4 3 2 1.”
Quavo recently spoke about the state of Migos in a profile for GQ Hype, saying, “It was all about Migos, Migos, Migos. The three of us. I feel like every group member has to establish themselves. Their own body of work. If not, you start losing members.”
Offset is now embroiled in a legal battle with Migos’ label Quality Control Music over his own music rights. The rapper claims in his suit that QC was “paid handsomely” for his solo artist rights as part of a deal the two sides struck in January 2021. The label has been accused of ignoring the agreement by attempting to claim ownership over Offset’s new material in a “hostile” manner.
“Not only are the accusations in this lawsuit false, they are totally detached from reality. Offset remains a part of QC,” a rep for Quality Control Music told TMZ in response to the lawsuit. “Back to business.”
Quality Control CEO Pierre “P” Thomas shared a tweet on Wednesday declaring that an album from Quavo and Takeoff is on the way.
