Here’s a Look at Stüssy and Dries Van Noten’s New Collaboration f/ Flea

The rumors were true. Stüssy has joined forces with Dries Van Noten.
After dropping collaborations with the likes of Our Legacy, Denim Tears, Nike, and Tekla this year, the iconic streetwear brand confirmed it had teamed up with the award-winning Belgian designer. Rumors of the partnership began circulating last week, when ASAP Nast shared photos of co-branded Stüssy x DVN pieces, including an eight-ball cap and a graphic pullover hoodie.
Of course, the preview sparked immediate excitement among both Stüssy and DVN fans, who held their collective breath for additional details. This week, Stüssy revealed the collection’s fast-approaching drop date and its official campaign, starring Red Hot Chili Peppers’ founder/bassist Flea.
The collaborative range is wearable yet playful with a hefty dose of humor. We see a rhinestone-embellished smoking jacket with pants, tie-dye T-shirts and denim, a psychedelic-print parka, a two-tone varsity jacket, and a solid grip of sweats. Each piece perfectly combines Stüssy’s laidback aesthetic with DVN’s bold, colorful approach to menswear.
You can check out the campaign, shot by Tyrone Lebon and Claudia Sinclair, above and below. The collection will drop Nov. 18 at select Dover Street Market locations, the DVN stores, as well as Stüssy and DVS’ online shops.
