Atmos x Nike LeBron 16 Low ‘Clear Jade’ Release Date
Written by SOURCE on April 23, 2019
Atmos is certainly no stranger to Nike collaborations. Some of the Japanese boutique’s projects are even considered grails by many. For its latest effort with the Swoosh, Atmos is releasing a LeBron 16 Low inspired by its “Elephant” Air Max 1.
The pair covers the low-top silhouette in the clear jade, black, and grey color palette seen on the original project from 2006. A light grey nubuck makes up a majority of the upper with dark grey and black panels wrapping the toe and heel. Each is debossed with an all-over pattern consisting of various Nike LeBron logos, a substitute for the elephant print paneling synonymous with the Air Jordan 3 that highlighted its muse. Bright hits of clear jade accent the Swooshes on the side panels, lateral toe area, tongue, and heel. This LeBron 16 Low is completed with a black bootie, zipper running up the tongue, and full-length Zoom Air and Air Max cushioning.
This is not the first time Atmos used one of its past projects as inspiration on the LeBron 16 Low. This past March, the brand reimagined its “Safari” Air Max 1 on the performance basketball model as well.
Look for the Atmos x Nike LeBron 16 Low “Clear Jade” to release on Saturday, April 27 exclusively at Atmos locations for $175. While there could potentially be a wider launch in the future, one has not been announced at this time.
