Kim Kardashian threw a baby shower this past weekend that involved CBD, in addition to “a sound bath, Yeezy slides, and meditation.” This event was in preparation for her fourth child, whom she’s having with her husband via a surrogate. As the host told her yoga-mat-sitting guests, “Let’s zen out for a Saturday. So everyone have a puff and put on some oil.” Depending on how pregnant you currently are or may soon be, there’s still time to steal this idea.

According to People, earlier in April, Kardashian had said that she planned on using CBD oil at the shower because she had recently been “freaking out so much.” In fact, in one of the above snaps, she says that she thought that the idea of a fourth baby shower was “kind of ridiculous,” but stated that she did it because she was freaking the f out due to the impending birth of her fourth child.
