Let’s give a quick shoutout to whoever was behind the KawhiOS update that was installed after the Toronto Raptors won their first championship in franchise history.
Your main complaint about Kawhi Leonard’s lack of emotions have been heard, and the latest version includes more emotion than ever before.
It was also a nice touch by developers to not only acknowledge but poke fun at their failed beta version of Leonard’s laugh, which was infamously unveiled at the Raptors press conference prior to the 2018-19 season.
This new and improved Kawhi even launched a phrase into the zeitgeist that has been turned into meme gold. While sitting in the backseat of a car, his Raptors teammate and the unofficial “Kawhi whisperer” Serge Ibaka called out for Leonard who responded by enthusiastically saying, “What it do baby?!”
