NBA Twitter Reacts to Zion Williamson Injury News

On Monday, word came that Zion Williamson would have his NBA debut delayed for six-to-eight weeks due to a torn meniscus in his right knee.
Given A. The amount of hype Williamson built up in his year at Duke, and B. That sports fans like to watch good players, this announcement was not exactly welcome news.
The injury, in tandem with a sprain he suffered at Duke after his sneaker broke, and a dinged up left knee that cost him all but eight minutes of this year’s Summer League, also brought about unfavorable comparisons to Greg Oden from Twitter pessimists. This led to a brief second where the 2007 first overall choice got listed in the trending section.
Seems like an overreaction.
