Expect a number of Juice WRLD tributes at this weekend’s Rolling Loud Los Angeles.
Sources tell TMZ that Lil Mosey, Tyla Yaweh, and Lil Pump plan to honor the late rapper during their respective sets this Saturday. Though the details of the tributes have not been confirmed, insiders say Pump will likely cover Juice WRLD songs and/or display his image during the performance. Tyla and Mosey have not confirmed what they have planned.
All three artists were among the celebrities who mourned Juice WRLD’s death on social media:
Juice WRLD died Sunday after suffering a seizure at the Midway International Airport in his hometown of Chicago. The rapper, who had turned 21 earlier this month, reportedly began convulsing as federal agents searched his and his crew’s luggage for weapons and drugs. The search reportedly yielded three guns, 70 pounds of marijuana, and six bottles of codeine cough syrup. Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Juice WRLD consumed multiple Percocet pills during the raid; however, his death is still under investigation.
The “Lucid Dreams” artist was scheduled to perform at Rolling Loud LA this Saturday, along with Chance the Rapper, Lil Uzi Vert, and Young Thug. As TMZ points out, other artists who have posted Juice WRLD tributes are scheduled perform at the two-day event, so it’s likely the rapper will receive many heartfelt shoutouts throughout the weekend.
