Moneybagg Yo isn’t wasting any time in 2020. Just several days into the New Year, the Memphis rapper came through with his new single “U Played,” featuring ATL rapper Lil Baby.
Bagg announced the Tay Keith-produced track on his socials this week, describing it as “one of them outta here junts … ready or not.”
“I don’t got a heart, but fuck it I’m paid/Lil A-B the body, he fresh out the cage,” Bagg raps in the chorus. “I’m still the same n***a from minimum wage/They tryna keep up, so they stalkin’ my page.”
You can stream “U Played” now on Apple Music and via Spotify below.
The record arrived soon after Lil Baby unveiled the official cover art for My Turn—the follow-up to his 2018 effort Harder Than Ever.
“I called it ‘My Turn’ ’cause I feel like everybody else had a lil turn,” he explained on Instagram Live. “It’s my turn now. Everybody dropped their mixtapes, their albums go number 1, number 2, number 3.”
Keep your eyes peeled as more information about My Turn becomes available.
