Best Style Releases This Week: Pusha T x Bape, Stüssy x CdG & More

Tons of our favorite designer brands are currently showing their upcoming Fall/Winter 2020 collections during Paris Fashion Week right now. But there are still plenty of brands dropping new product for customers to get their hands on this week as well.

Bape is releasing its latest rapper collab with Pusha T on Saturday, Stüssy is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a special varsity jacket made in collaboration with Comme des Garçons, and Beyoncé’s long-awaited Ivy Park x Adidas project is also hitting retailers. Other releases include Raf Simons Spring/Summer 2020 collection and an Awake NY x Carhartt WIP capsule.

Pusha T x Bape Collection

Longtime Bape Head Pusha T is the latest rapper to release a special collection with the storied streetwear brand. Baby Milo graphics T-shirts and hoodies make up half the collection. The other pieces are a T-shirt and Shark hoodie bearing an Ape Head logo redesigned to resemble a Pyrex measuring cup, an allusion to the drug raps that have become King Push’s signature throughout his career. 

Stüssy x Comme des Garçons Varsity Jacket

To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Stüssy will be relasing a handful of special collaborations. One of the first that customers will have the chance to get their hands on is a a varsity jacket created with the help of Comme des Garçons. The wool jacket is done in CdG’s signature all-black look. It sports embroidered co-branding on the left chest, banners showcasing the cities with Stüssy flagships on the right, and various pieces of clothing stitched down each sleeve. A large back graphic fusing an OG Stüssy surf logo with CDG script completes this llimited edition offering. 

Ivy Park x Adidas Collection

Beyoncé’s highly-anticipated Ivy Park x Adidas collection finally releases this weekend. Along with three sneakers, the Beyhive will get to choose from various sportswear pieces like tracksuits, jackets, T-shirts, and accessories. Each utilizes a burgundy, orange, and cream color palette, and will display its fair share of Three Stripes and Ivy Park branding hits. 

Carhartt WIP x Awake NY Collection

Angelo Baque might not be showing at Paris Fashion Week, but he is celebrating the festivities with a special Awake NY pop-up space. The shop will stock the brand’s latest collaboration with Carhartt WIP that includes multiple colorways of pocket T-shirts, hoodies with colorful contrast stitching, beanies, Michigan Chore Coats. Each is adorned with special co-branding to mark the collab. 

Raf Simons SS20 Collection

Raf Simons has dropped off the first assortment from his SS20 collection. The Belgian designer showcases his signature look in the form of oversized blazers, checkered coats, and sleeveless suit jackets pinned with patches displaying messages like “MY OWN PRIVATE ANTWERP.” Other pieces like colorful lab coats and rubber gloves take a sci-fi approach.

Levi’s x Futura Laboratories “Pointman” Collection

Futura Laboratories has linked up with Levi’s for a denim collection covered by the legendary graffitti artist’s Pointman characters. A Trucker Jacket, 501 Jeans, and T-shirt each show off colorful Pointman hands and figures. 

Dior x Rimowa Collection

After much anticipation, Dior’s collection of luggage with Rimowa is finally available for retail. Small aluminum clutches equipped with crossbody straps come in a variety of colors including pink black, and silver. Cabin Trolleys, trunks, and hand cases are also available in three colors each. All of them are covered in Dior’s signature Oblique pattern.

Yams Day 2020 Merch

Continuing tradition, the ASAP Mob is celebrating the fifth annual Yams Day concert with more exclusive merch. Cactus Plant Flea Market and Young Thug’s Spider both produced an assortment of T-shirts and hoodies. Other items available at the merch stand this Saturday at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn include middle finger foam fingers, bandanas, and candles.
