Saturday’s star-studded LakersRockets game drew the largest overnight rating—a 2.5—since the Warriors won game No. 73 on the last night of the 2016 season. It was LeBron James’ purple and gold debut at Staples Center against perhaps the second-best team in the Association. But by the end, all anyone was talking about was the brawl that erupted after Brandon Ingram shoved James Harden and Rajon Rondo spit on Chris Paul. Rondo’s girlfriend allegedly even confronted Paul’s wife after the fracas got both players ejected and later suspended. It wasn’t just the players who got hot, though. Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis, who was there with bandmate and long-time Lakers fan Flea, was allegedly tossed from the game as well for cursing out Chris Paul as he was escorted back to the locker room.

Here’s video of Kiedis attempted to confront Paul before being led away by security.

Some said Kiedis was ejected after the incident.

But it’s unclear if he was allowed to return to his seat once everything calmed down. Flea didn’t mention the incident when he posted about the game on Instagram later that night.

Some fans in attendance later told TMZ the Chili Peppers singer returned to his seat, but other outlets have reported he got kicked out for verbally haranguing Paul before being pulled away.

Ingram was eventually suspended four games for his part in the fracas (particularly how he confronted the ref, and came back to try and land a punch on Paul), and Rajon Rondo was suspended for three games for spitting on Paul, who got two games for his involvement in the altercation. Kiedis is still with the Peppers and while not shedding their shirts for James Cordon, Kiedis told a Vancouver radio station they’re again working with Danger Mouse on their 12th studio album, the follow up to 2016’s “The Getaway.”
