It hasn’t been long since Ariana Grande graced her fans with the well-received Sweetener, but the singer is already looking to drop her next project any day now if her tweets are anything to go by. “Two albums in six months huh,” she tweeted. “That’s deep. Love u. Talk sooon [sic].”
Grande has been teasing her fans with a follow-up record to Sweetener for quite some time now, promising that her fifth studio album would arrive in 2019. However, the six month anniversary of Sweetener is as soon as February, meaning that her fifth studio album, Thank U, Next, could arrive at any moment. In fact, Grande revealed onTwitter that fans can expect the cover, tracklist, and pre-order for the new album as soon as Friday (Jan. 25).
She also gave her fans an idea of what to expect from the Sweetener follow-up, revealing that it won’t have any features. Grande also revealed that she might give fans another preview of a new song before its release, but she isn’t certain yet. When one fan speculated that she was going to release prime baby-making music, she responded, “Oh quite the opposite.”
Going by ger teases, fans have a new full-length from her to look forward to on either Feb. 1, Feb. 8, or at the very latest, Feb. 15.
