Adidas A 16+ Ultra Boost ‘Cheetah’
Written by SOURCE on October 17, 2018
The Adidas ACE 16+ Ultra Boost is a silhouette that takes design cues from past soccer silhouettes and now, the Boost-cushioned laceless sneaker will don an animal-inspired colorway.
The Adidas A 16+ Ultra Boost “Cheetah” is a new colorway from the brand with the Three Stripes. The mostly gray sock-like upper is covered in the distinct markings the apex predator is known for with tonal black on the side three stripe logo. A full white Boost midsole and black outsole mixe with gold on the heel cup which includes embossed “Ultra Boost” branding.
The sneaker’s aesthetic is meant to embody an animal built for speed, but the new look might could also be a nice touch for another land mammal known for his speed, Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver and Adidas endorsee Tyreek Hill, whose Twitter moniker @Cheetah draws obvious parallels to this new Ultra Boost colorway.
The Adidas A 16+ Ultra Boost “Cheetah” is available now online at adidas.com for a retail price of $220.
