Alex Caruso Will Undergo Surgery After Fracturing Right Wrist

The Chicago Bulls’ Alex Caruso has fractured his right wrist following a flagrant foul from Grayson Allen of the Bucks during Friday night’s game.
Caruso will need surgery as a result of the injury, the team shared on Saturday, and will undergo it next week. He will then be reevaluated in six to eight weeks.
Caruso’s injury follows a hard Flagrant 2 foul by Allen, as seen below, who swiped at Caruso twice while trying to prevent him from banking a layup.
“For Alex to be in the air like that and for him to take him down like that, it could have ended his career,” Bulls Coach Billy Donovan shared of the injury. “And he has a history of this. That to me was really dangerous. And I really hope the league takes a hard [look] at something like that because he could’ve really seriously hurt him…. Just being there, it’s really, really dangerous to go after somebody like that. And I personally thought it was just not good.”
Caruso himself has called the foul “bullshit” during a post-game presser, keeping it at that. He hasn’t tweeted since the incident, and neither has Allen.
