Anthony ‘Harv’ Ellison Found Guilty of Kidnapping 6ix9ine

Written by on October 3, 2019

The trial of alleged Nine Trey Bloods members Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack has reached a verdict. Following a testimony from controversial rapper 6ix9ine, who was also reportedly involved with the gang, both Ellison and Mack have been found guilty on racketeering charges.

Ellison has been found guilty of kidnapping in aid of racketeering, but not guilty of assault with a dangerous weapon, and not guilty of a firearms offense. He was also found guilty of maiming and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering. Mack has been found guilty of racketeering and narcotics trafficking, and not guilty of a narcotics-associated firearms offense.

Earlier this week, Ellison shared his version of how the alleged kidnapping of 6ix9ine went down. During the case, Ellison’s representative claimed that their client was “promised” to be returned home “in weeks” by federal agents if he corroborated their version of events. He maintained that the kidnapping was staged by 6ix9ine as a publicity stunt.

When it was pointed out it would be “embarrassing” for 6ix9ine to be the victim of a robbery, Ellison responded, “Danny [6ix9ine] didn’t care if the stunt could be taken as embarrassing, he thought it was believable.” He continued, “He said it would even make some people feel bad for him, which was good after all the trolling he had done. It worked, even Shotti bought it.”

The incident in question took place in July, 2018.
