The Russo brothers have issued a reminder to MCU fans: “Thanos still demands your silence.”

Just 10 days before Avengers: Endgame hits U.S. theaters, Joe and Anthony Russo are asking prospective audiences not to spoil the film for everybody else. The directors of Endgame, Avengers: Infinity War, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and its sequel Civil War made the plea in a letter posted to social media Tuesday. They also took the time to reflect on the blockbuster franchise and everyone who helped make it a success. The brothers shared a similar letter in 2018, shortly before Avengers: Infinity War‘s wide release.

Tuesday’s letter read in part:

Please know that the two of us, along with everyone involved in Endgame, have worked tirelessly for the last three years with the sole intention of delivering a surprising and emotionally powerful conclusion to the Infinity Saga.

Because so many of you have invested your time, your hearts, and your souls into these stories, we’re once again asking for your help.

When you see Endgame in the coming weeks, please don’t spoil it for others, the same way you wouldn’t want it spoiled for you.

Anticipation for Endgame is understandably high, as the film marks the end of a MCU chapter. The movie has already set multiple records in ticket presales, and is expected to earn between $230 million and $283 million domestically on opening weekend.

The ensemble cast includes Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Chris Hemsworth, Brie Larson, and Don Cheadle. Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely penned the screenplay.
