Bow Wow’s paternity drama has seemingly come to an end.
According to legal documents shared by The Neighborhood Talk, the 34-year-old artist—real name Shad Moss—has been declared the biological father of one-year-old Stone Kamin.
“It is the Judgment of this Court that the Child of the parties, STONE KAMIN (‘Child’) born in 2020 is hereby declared to be the legitimate son of Respondent, Shad Moss, capable of inheriting from Respondent in the same manner as if born in lawful wedlock,” the document read. “The Child shall hereafter be known as STONE MOSS and the Department of Vital Statistics shall show the Child’s birth certificate to include Respondent as father.”
Bow Wow commented on THT post with: “Such a blessing to have him in my life [heart emoji].”
Back in June, Bow Wow appeared to claim his son by sharing photos from Stone’s first birthday party. The artist captured the post with: “Happy B-Day to my baby boy. 1 yrs old.🏀 ❤️ love you with all my heart. #babyBow.” However, he seemingly denied have a second child during a Twitter Q&A with fans last month. When pressed about his family, Bow Wow only acknowledged his daughter, Shai, whom he shares with Joie Chavis.
“Do you want more children?” one person asked.
“HELL NO im fine w shai!” responded.
Of course, many fans were surprised by his answer, prompting one person to bring up Stone.
“Don’t you have a son?” they asked.
Bow Wow refused to give a direct response, simpy writing: “NP Billie jean for the 2nd time,” a reference the classic Michael Jackson song in which he denies being a father to a groupie’s son.
As pointed out by the Atlanta Black Star, Bow Wow made the remarks on the same day Stone’s mother, model Olivia Sky, filed for child support. He attempted to explain the Billie Jean tweet during a recent interview with Tea Jones TV, insisting he never disowned his son.
“It’s me answering the question without answering the question,” he said. “For some reason, I don’t know why with him, but I’m very protective. So when somebody asked [about Stone], I’m like, I’m listening to ‘Billie Jean’ for the second time. That’s me basically saying, like, ‘Yeah, I see the question but as of right now I’m really cleaning up the crib and we just playing these ’90s jams. That’s actually what I was listening to at the time, I swear to God. But I would never deny my kid or anything like that.”
