Creating fake celebrity profiles has become part of the social media experience. Yet when the Bumble dating app tried to stop a faux celebrity page from engaging with its users, it accidentally blocked a Hollywood legend.

On Sunday, actress, Sharon Stone, took to Twitter where she revealed that she’d been removed from Bumble because users assumed that her profile was fake.

“I went on the @bumble dating sight and they closed my account,” Stone wrote. “Some users reported that it couldn’t possibly be me! Hey @bumble, is being me exclusionary ? Don’t shut me out of the hive.”

Bumble caught wind of Stone’s tweet. They replied to her post by informing her that she’ll never have to worry about being blocked again.

“There can only be one Stone. Looks like our users thought you were too good to be true,” the tweet reads. “We’ve made sure that you won’t be blocked again. We hope that everyone in our community takes a sec to verify their profiles. (Catherine Tramell from Basic Instinct gets a pass today!).”
