By July of the following year, they were married.</p> <p>In January, Lopez looked back on this split and her and Affleck’s prior engagement, joking that she “absolutely had a little PTSD” ahead of the wedding.</p> <section class="suitcase-ad" /> <p>While Lopez has a new movie and album on the way, Affleck is currently fresh off the release of <em>Air</em>, which he co-starred in and directed. That’s when the devil comes for you,’” Smith told the audience during his acceptance speech.</p> <p>Washington was asked about the moment while attending bishop T.D. Jakes’ leadership summit on Saturday, and attempted to shed more light on his “devil” comments.</p> <p>“Well, there’s a saying, ‘When the devil ignores you, then you know you’re doing something wrong,’” he said, as reported <a target="_blank" href="https://variety.com/2022/film/news/denzel-washington-will-smith-slap-oscars-1235221754/" rel="noopener"><em>Variety</em></a>. “The devil goes, ‘Oh no, leave him alone, he’s my favorite.’ Conversely, when the devil comes at you, maybe it’s because he’s trying to do something right. […]]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><br /> </p> <div> <p>An <a target="_blank" href="https://www.complex.com/tag/atlanta" rel="noopener">Atlanta </a>woman was arrested in Pensacola, Florida after she turned violent when her family members wouldn’t pray with her.</p> <p>As reported by ABC affiliate <a target="_blank" href="https://weartv.com/news/local/atlanta-woman-arrested-in-pensacola-for-allegedly-biting-family-member-that-refused-prayer" rel="noopener">WEAR-TV</a>, Dyshannon Norris, 49, has been charged with battery for allegedly pinning a family member against the wall, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.complex.com/tag/bite" rel="noopener">biting</a> him on the chest, and then ripping off his shirt as he tried to escape from her. The incident took place last Wednesday.</p> <p>Norris apparently became overwhelmed with anger when her family refused to pray with her over her mother’s health, and started screaming that the entire family had been possessed. </p> <p>Pensacola Police Department officers arrived around 6:36 p.m. and found that the victim had a mouth bite mark on their left pectoral muscle. The victim was reportedly bruised and bleeding, and the injury was recorded on one a cop’s body camera.
