But guess what? The brothers got your back. We hiring at Wingstop and for some reason I believe you know what you doing with them lemon pepper wings. So, man, just send over your résumé. 17 years. At the least, it’ll solidify me even more,” the 20-year-old told <a href="https://www.bet.com/article/ul65o6/body-mind-nle-choppa-is-finally-the-person-he-wants-to-be" target="_blank" rel="noopener">BET</a> back in February. “It’s like the proof is all in the pudding throughout the album. I got a bunch of features on there from some good guys.”</p> <p>Choppa went on to say the original <em>Cottonwood </em>didn’t reflect who he was as an artist, because he didn’t “put [his] best foot forward.” He’s convinced the new album will “redeem” him.</p> <p>“I feel like I kind of messed up my breakout year because a lot of things got in my head, and by the end of the year, I was kind of in a slump,” he explained. “<em>Cottonwood 2</em> is pretty much letting everybody know that it came back full circle for me. It’s giving me another chance with a breakout year and now it’s like how do I capitalize? How do I make this project the best foot forward? His neighbor came home to a scary sight, seeing two 2,000-pound Bison and a bull allegedly destroying her property. She has extreme concerns about the massive animals, saying they are too “dangerous” for her small children to be around. </p> <p>The <em>Rich Forever</em> rapper took to his Instagram Stories to respond to the backlash, saying, “Everybody that’s wanting a statement and a response for my bulls, my cows, a couple of buffaloes that got away in the community, this is my response. I always return stray animals. Make sure you always keep a collar on your animal. And mine don’t have a collar ’cause you know it’s mines.”</p> <p>“So when you see my buffalo, give it a carrot. Give it a apple. They so kind, they so peaceful. Thank everybody for watching. Thank everybody for making sure all of my animals got back into the Promise Land. … All my neighbors, Fayetteville, y’all the best. According to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/03/19/rick-ross-buffalo-pissing-off-neighbor-roaming-property/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>, she worries that the animals pose a threat to her young children. </p> <p>TMZ obtained images of the buffaloes as they grazed on her land. </p> <p>A video shows a man herding the animals away from the property. “[inaudible] is about to flip,” the person behind the camera says, seemingly hinting at the property owner. </p> <p>The neighbor said she confronted Ross about the incident, resulting in a verbal dispute with one of his team members.</p> <p>It appears the conversation did not fix the issue at hand, as the woman intends to file a neighbor dispute. When she called the police, they said the problem was a civil dispute, and a report was not filed. </p> <p>In addition to the high safety risk, the buffaloes also damaged her yard, with photos showing huge hoof prints on the land.</p> <p>Last March, Ross was gifted two buffaloes by Ethika, a clothing and underwear brand in partnership with the <em>Richer Than I Have Ever Been</em> MC. “This is something real personal. This is something that means a lot to me, and this is what I need you to know, I’m the new, proud owner of two buffaloes,” he said, per <a href="https://www.complex.com/music/rick-ross-two-buffaloes-georgia-ranch" target="_self" rel="noopener">Complex</a>. The company intended to gift Ross a giraffe, but he did not want that much of a commitment. </p> <section class="suitcase-ad" /> <p>One of the buffalo, Timbuktu, is a five-year-old weighing around 2,000 pounds. Master P said he saw great potential in Meek’s talent and had urged him not to sign with Maybach Music. Why? Because he believed the label had offered a weak deal.</p> <p>“So I was Meek Mill’s manager. Me and James [Lindsey], when he first started,” Master P told hosts Ray Daniels and Tamira Smith. “So let me tell you why I stopped. So I knew that Meek was talented, at the beginning…I was like, ‘Meek, you don’t need to sign with nobody.’ Meek was like, ‘I’m gonna sign with Ross.’ But I had looked at the contract—and Ross, I’ll tell y’all from this day, Ross a good dude, but he ain’t have his business straight.”</p> <p>Meek signed with MMG in 2011 and released multiple projects, including five albums, under the imprint. </p> <p>“Ross got his shit together now. He a boss,” Master P continued. “But I’m saying, at that time, you evolving, I seen it, I took out the crystal ball. But [Meek] ain’t want to listen. I told James, ‘Well, it’s cool, you gonna handle that.’ I ain’t never got mad at Meek, I just walked away from the deal ’cause if you don’t see what I see…I been there already.”</p> <section class="suitcase-ad" /> <p>Daniels suggested Master P made the right move, as he would’ve been blamed for any MMG-Meek fallouts. Though Meek didn’t take P’s advice, the No New Limit boss acknowledged that it all worked out in the end.</p> <p>“But look what God did, [Meek] had to go find out on his own, and now he’s in a better position,” he said. “But I’m tellin’ you, I knew he was a boss from jump.”</p> <p>You can watch Master P’s full interview above.</p> <p>Meek has been quite vocal about his disputes with record labels.
