In addition, Kiser is requesting $20,000 a month, as she claims Roddy has not compensated her with child support. </p> <p>“(He) is a very successful and highly paid entertainer who goes by the name of Roddy Ricch,” the lawsuit states. “He has a net worth of approximately $25,000,000. He commands fees of $500,000 for appearances.”</p> <p>Kiser alleges that Roddy has checked out regarding his relationship with his son.</p> <p>“Since his birth, I alone, spend 98% of the time with him while Rodrick lives his life without<br />
<br /> any regard to his parental obligation or responsibility to spend time with Kadence,” Kiser claims. “Rodrick misses important holidays with him including this past holiday season. Instead, he took friends to Dubai and the Maldives on a pleasure trip.”</p> <p>Kiser goes on to accuse Roddy of being “gang affiliated,” not to mention indulging in promethazine use, all of which are “concerns” for her and the pair’s son. The Atlanta MC then took to social media to explain his frustration, <a href="https://hiphopdx.com/news/rich-homie-quan-roddy-rich-removing-dj-drama-track" target="_blank" rel="noopener">saying</a>, “Nothing against Gucci Mane, ’cause I love Gucci. Bro, [wasn’t] nobody on that song when it was sent to me.” </p> <p>Rich Homie Quan hopped on Instagram Live and ripped apart Roddy’s body of work before challenging the 24-year-old to a <em>Verzuz-</em>type battle. “Yeah so Roddy, since you wanted me off the song man, shit, let’s go back and forth, catalog to catalog,” the 33-year-old said. “You ain’t got nothing but that ‘Box’ shit, ’cause all that other shit wack. … That’s on all the money he got in the bank.”</p> <p>Hours later, Roddy responded by sharing his side of the story on Instagram, claiming that he sent DJ Drama the hook and no one prevented Quan from being on the song.</p> <p>“You too old for this internet shit but I ain’t even know u was on the phone,” Roddy wrote. “I sent Drama the hook and let them do the rest. Aint never been no n***a to stop nobody from eating especially a n***a ion even know. On Durk’s verse, meanwhile, he comes in aggressively and calls for the freedom of incarcerated rapper Pooh Shiesty.</p> <p>To coincide with the release of “Twin,” Roddy has offered up a look at the tracklist for <em>Feed tha Streets 3</em>. Alongside Lil Durk, the release features an appearance from Ty Dolla Sign and production from Mustard, Cubeatz, and Turbo among others. The last time Roddy shared a <em>Feed tha Streets</em> project was back in 2018 with the release of the second installment, which predates his breakthrough full-length, <em>Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial</em>. Fans got their first taste of the cut over the summer, but Roddy didn’t confirm its release until Thursday afternoon, when he provided a sneak peek at the visual.</p> <p>The video shows the rapper living the high life as he flaunts his iced-out jewelry, takes a private helicopter ride, and hits the streets for some motorsport entertainment. </p> <p>“Aston Martin Truck” comes less than a month after Roddy delivered the video for previous single <a target="_blank" href="https://www.complex.com/music/roddy-ricch-stop-breathing-video" rel="noopener">“Stop Breathing.”</a> The song is expected to land on the his much-anticipated <em>Feed tha Streets III</em> project, which could arrive in the coming months.</p> <p>Last December, Roddy told fans<em> FTS3</em> would be a proper studio album and arrive sometime in 2022. Those plans seemingly changed over the summer following some pushback from his label.</p> <p>“The label don’t wanna count <em>Feed tha Streets 3 </em>as an album cuz it’s always been a mixtape series,” he wrote in a text message shared on Instagram, “but the fans need it, so let’s drop when I get off tour.”</p> <p>Roddy is currently on the road for Post Malone’s Twelve Carat Tour.
