Dave East Remembers Nipsey Hussle in New Freestyle

In a recently uploaded video from Tim Westwood TV, Dave East put together a freestyle that doubled as a tribute to Nipsey Hussle, as well as some other fallen friends.
You may remember that, on the Monday after Hussle’s death, East (who previously collaborated with Nipsey) held a candlelight visual for the slain rapper in New York City.
You can check out the freestyle up top.

Earlier this month, East shared a two-song release called Survival Pacc, in anticipation of a new project with Def Jam and Mass Appeal Records.
Additionally, East was cast to play Method Man in Hulu’s biographical series, Wu-Tang: An American Saga. That 10-part mini-series is set to track Wu Tang’s early days/rise, and is produced by RZA and Alex Tse. Check it out when it gets uploaded to Hulu on September 4. Ashton Sanders, Erika Alexander, Shameik Moore, Siddiq Saunderson, Zolee Griggs, and Marcus Callender will also star.
