Drake Reveals the Sentimental Gift His Uncle Gave Him For Christmas

On December 25, the rapper’s uncle gifted his famous nephew his first-ever royalty check, in a frame. We know because Drake said so on his Instagram Stories.
“My uncle found and gifted me my first earnings from music,” Drake said, according to HipHopDX (who noted that the check, dated November 15, 2007 from the The Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada had a value of $304.04). “Came a long way from 3 bills in royalties.”
