Drake Surprises Future With Rare Richard Mille Watch

Fresh off helping Future snag his first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with their collab “Way 2 Sexy,” Drake has surprised the Atlanta rapper with a 1-of-1 Richard Mille watch.
Future took to his Instagram Story on Monday to show off the new addition to his collection: “Preciate it @champagnepapi Demon time 1 of 1 joint,” he captioned a video in which he displays the elaborate timepiece.
The generous gift arrives just two weeks after their latest collaboration, “Way 2 Sexy,” debuted atop the Billboard Hot 100, giving Future the first No. 1 hit of his career.
Of course, it isn’t the duo’s first hit single. Over the past ten years, Drake and Future have joined forces on several hit singles, including “Life Is Good” (#2), “Jumpman” (#12), “Used To This” (#14), and “Where Ya At” (#28).
It’s worth noting that not everyone is fond of Richard Mille watches. Back in August, Diddy claimed that people are being “tricked” by the current Mille craze.
“I’m in my bag right now. … I’m not a hater, I’m a connoisseur of fly shit and I’m just telling y’all, y’all getting tricked by the Richard Mille,” he said in his Instagram Story.
From there, Diddy compared Mille watches to those made by the affordability-focused brand Timex, a line of timepieces that can be found at everyday stores like Walmart, Target, and Kohl’s.
“The Richard Mille is like a Timex or some shit like that,” he said. “Y’all, it’s not hot. It’s not hot. It’s not hot! I have, like, two or three. I never pull them out. They ugly. I don’t even wanna hate. I don’t even know Richard Mille but fuck it. I’m on some Black shit. Black men, save your money and go buy a house.”
