ESPN reporter Adam Schefter posted a video where he apologized for an insensitive tweet in the wake of the death of Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Dwayne Haskins over the weekend.
In the since-deleted tweet, Schefter referred to Haskins as “a standout at Ohio State before struggling to catch on with Washington and Pittsburgh in the NFL.” He later replaced it with the tweet below amid backlash.
