What if they perform in a western tv shows… the host be like "the super m" and the gp be like: are we really getting a superhero? Lmao.. im not against but its such a lame name that obviously the management didnt even think twice nor gave an effort to their name group.. is this some kind of gameplay to introduce themselves as part of a marvel or might be a DC since superman was there not in avengers tho.. lol..

I don't understand why some fans are being so dramatic. This is not the first time SM has done this.
SM has collaborated with Hyundai PYL and created a special group "Younique" with Eunhyuk, Henry (SuJu), Hyoyeon (SNSD), Taemin (Shinee) and Luhan and Kai (EXO) to promote in Korea.
Now they are collaborating with an American label and will create a new super group to promote in America.
In short, Taemin is debuting for the fourth time (Shinee, Younique, Solo, SuperM).
KAI for the third time (EXO, Younique, SuperM).
Baekhyun for the fourth time (EXO, CBX, Solo, SuperM)
Mark for the fifth time (NCT: U, 127, Dream and NCT2018, SuperM)
Taeyong for the fourth time (NCT: U, 127 and NCT2018, SuperM)
TEN for the fourth time (NCT U and NCT 2018, WAYV, SuperM)
Lucas for the fourth time (NCT U and NCT2018, WAYV, SuperM)
    I can't believe I did all this.
Anyway, it's all about marketing,my boys have nothing to lose.

Why are armys comparing them to bts?! SM wants money that comes from the US instead of japan, china, and korea. American market is a huge profit. Don’t let the media brainwash you to instantly hate this group just like all the other groups because they compare them to bts, its toxic! Not everything is about bts.

I'm happy for the other groups but stop mentioning BTS y'all, we would be pissed af if someone was just coming at the boys for no reason, this is not a BTS video so why don't some of y'all stop hating on these dudes and let them be, let's focus on "bring the soul- the movie" and let the others be geez

Hey fellow ARMYs, we all have to chill. There's no need to talk bad about this group because firstly, BTS is BTS. They didnt need this type of promotion when they did something in the past. Remember their 1st American debut? They handed out the posters themselves, it was for free and there were only about 300 people. Those facts alone, this group has far more way to go than them. Also, just look at Taemin and Kai, they are Jimin's good friends. I'm pretty sure these guys talked about that. What should be blamed is SM Entertainment and it's bosses. Maybe they need to reach a quota since EXO is not complete, (sadly) same with SHINee idk. Main point is let SM do their thing and let's keep supporting BTS on their comeback 😊💕

Wait so SM is debating a new boy group with members from Exo and more?? Can someone explain cuz I dont want to comment something without any knowledge. Also ARMY I know we are all "talking" about this but some of you seem nervous or angry. Like we all know BTS are legends and nobody can take over them. And they paved the way so that other kpop artists can share their talents all over the world. Obviously now that BTS are taking a break companys will take advantage of this time. And there is nothing we can do but keep on supporting BTS. Their comback is going to be like in October so just a heads up ARMY. Please dont comment something and BTS when this is about another topic. Like I understand if you say it in a polite manner just dont say anything negative. I purple you. 💜

This seems really stupid and harsh.
What will happen to the original groups? Are they expected to be in this new group AND their old groups? Is SM trying to kill these people?

Or are they just shutting those old groups down now that this new one is here? Most of these groups have huge followings, I can't imagine the fans would be happy to hear their favorite groups are now cancelled because of this….

At least I know I'd probably be really upset to learn my favorite group had been broken up so they could take 1-2 members to put in ANOTHER group while abandoning the rest.

As a 'special' or 'event' sort of things where its only for a short time before going back to their original groups, I could see that doing well but it does still seem a bit much to work these people like that.

    #StopWarFandom
we are kpop fans before became a Army or we involved to kpop after you know bts
we all know how much this artists have hard work just like bts do, and if any Army want to say some thing bad remember the debut of our boys how was hard and full of bully don't try to make the same thing for them at list this is SM decision not them

  10. Melon Games   On   August 9, 2019 at 2:02 am

    Mark is in another group…..
Taeyong needs to be with NCT 127 as a leader
Baekhyun and Kai shouldn't leave EXO because it already has a low amount of members
Taemin was doing good as a solo artist and he had already been in a group for 10 years then he has to debut again
Lucas and Ten should continue in WayV because it is the first time SM even paid attention to the Chinese Members of NCT and they are making the Chinese group smaller because SM only needed it so that they can gain money from China and doesn't really care about it. Lee SooMan disgusts me.
SM WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?

  11. alii   On   August 9, 2019 at 2:02 am

Why are people talking about bts when this has nothing to do with them like tf people why are you all so heated for ?Your all saying they coming for bts try if they can and so many hateful things which makes all your dumb asses look insecure af about bts if you all love them so much have a little faith and stop provoking other fandoms. If your here is because your exited that sm is coming with this group not to be hating armys coming from everywhere .

  12. Dunya N   On   August 9, 2019 at 2:02 am

SuperM will show America what real talent is! ❤️ they will show the standard of kpop! And all the kpop antis will eventually get into kpop because of them!

I'm torn. On the one hand, I love the idea of Taemin and Kai in a group, and the whole concept of a K-pop group actually DEBUTING in the U.S. is fascinating. On the other hand, I wish they could just bring some established groups like SHINee or EXO on tour here instead, and this may backfire because it may be seen as a mere publicity stunt to cash in on the K-pop hype, which will be a shame considering the superstars that will be part of SuperM. On the other other hand, I really want the brilliant and mesmerizing Taemin to have a solo tour here in the U.S., and maybe SuperM will be the launchpad for that? 💙💎 So in the end I do hope this succeeds. Please, everyone support SuperM regardless of your actual fandom, because supporting any K-pop group will encourage the whole industry to see the U.S. as a viable market, and then even more groups will hopefully come over on tour!!

i see armys being bitter, please guys let's not hate. not everything is a competition. we are kpop fans because of music in the very first place. love y'all! (tbh i'm not really into this but what else can i do but to support)

  15. Melissa Torres   On   August 9, 2019 at 2:02 am

Even though these guys are my favorites from their groups and would love to see them all together ..thats rude and uncaring of SM to do to the groups ..i mean i know some are on military training but cmon nct127 is on a roll right now so is taemin..

  16. Samia X   On   August 9, 2019 at 2:02 am

Whats with people that mention a certain group. Not everything is about them and this video did not even mention them. But like always you guys cant just mind your damm business. Please just focus on your faves.

  17. Emily Lo   On   August 9, 2019 at 2:02 am

Dont get me wrong, I am excited for Super M to debut….*BUT* I feel like SM should at least promote their artist more; like F(x), Super Junior and EXO. Personal opinion tho

  18. ChenZen Sen   On   August 9, 2019 at 2:02 am

    uhhh…. I don’t know how to feel about this….
If their music is good, then… sure, I guess I’ll stan, but it just doesn’t sound and feel right so far—

  19. Ayyu Wahyuni   On   August 9, 2019 at 2:02 am

I wonder why these people talk about BTS, even though this news is not related to BTS. stop bothering other idols. if you don't like it, just be quiet. if you want to boast about your idols, go to the place where they discuss your idols, not here.
    Thanks.

Lol at KOREAN MEDIA calling BTS “Avengers of Kpop”, only for SM to self-proclaim their Frankenstein group “Avengers of Kpop” 🤡 can they be a little LESS obvious?

Also – do ANY of the singers in this group deserve this? They’re being treated like pawns and it’s so embarrassing and sad. This move reeks of desperation, but, I guess SM entertainment is desperate at this point.
Maybe if they all focused on music quality and giving their artists artistic freedom?
