Gucci Mane fans were not disappointed.
During an interview with Ebro Darden last Thursday, Guwop announced his next full-length project, Delusions of Grandeur, would arrive in less than two weeks; however, he declined to reveal an official drop date.
On Wednesday, the Atlanta rapper unveiled the visual for the project’s “Proud of You” single, and confirmed Delusions of Grandeur would hit streaming services this Friday. He also shared the star-studded tracklist, which includes names like Meek Mill, Justin Bieber, Gunna, Lil Uzi Vert, Jeremih, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and Rick Ross.
“It’s going to surprise a lot of people, man, because it is a crazy album,” Gucci told Ebro. “And this new song right (“Backwards” featuring Meek) here, it’s the hardest song of the summer. No doubt.”
Delusions of Grandeur is Gucci’s first solo project since 2018’s Evil Genius. You can stream the effort now on Apple Music and Spotify.
