From the Beverly Hilton in Hollywood on Morning morning, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s selections for the 2020 class of Golden Globes nominees were announced. Tim Allen, Dakota Fanning, and Susan Kelechi Watson were on hand to read the announcements.

As always, we could spend several paragraphs here speculating on which entries in the 2019 film and television canons will make strong showings this year. Among this year’s picks for presumed inclusion are Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Joker, Marriage Story, The Irishman, Dolemite Is My Name, Succession, Euphoria, and Fleabag.

Stream the announcement and peruse a will-be-updated list of nominees below.

The 77th Annual Golden Globes go down on Jan. 5 with returning host Ricky Gervais.
