Here Are the First Week Album Projections for Justin Bieber, A Boogie, and Tame Impala

Justin Bieber’s brand new album Changes is set to have a major debut.
According to Hits Daily Double, Bieber’s first studio album in four years is headed to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200, with a projected 270,000 to 320,000 equivalent album units, 185,000 to 210,000 of which are expected to be from actual album purchases.
Changes arrived on Feb. 14, with features from Quavo, Kehlani, Post Malone, and more. In addition to the album, Bieber released his new YouTube documentary series, Seasons, which gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at Bieber’s journey to adulthood and the making of Changes. The album is the long-awaited follow-up to 2015’s Purpose.
Meanwhile, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s latest album Artist 2.0 is also projected to have a good week, with an expected slot at no. 2, thanks to 110,000 to 130,000 units sold. Tame Impala’s The Slow Rush is projected for the third spot, with an expected 80,000 to 90,000 units sold.
Roddy Ricch’s Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial also continues its chart-topping success on the Billboard 200, as it returns to No. 1 for the fourth nonconsecutive week. In the U.S., the album picked up 79,000 equivalent album units for the week ending in Feb. 13, according to Billboard.
The last time Ricch hit No 1. was at the beginning of the month, when Please Excuse Me had earned just under 95,000 equivalent album sales in the week ending Jan. 30. It first took No. 1 on the Dec. 21, 2019 chart, then fell for three weeks, before returning to No. 1 on Jan. 18. The album then dropped again for two weeks, before regaining the top spot. It’s also worth noting that Pop Smoke earned his first top 10 finish with Meet the Woo, V.2.
