Here’s What Went Down at the Weeknd’s Massive New Year’s Eve Party

The Weeknd brought in the new year by throwing a huge party.
The celebration was held at an $80 million estate in Beverly Hills, according to TMZ. There was an open bar, finger foods, and of course, that new year countdown.
A host of superstars came to the shindig. French Montana was reportedly in attendance despite being just two weeks removed from his hospital stay. Rita Ora was also there as well as Amber Rose and her boyfriend, Alexander “AE” Edwards.
All eyes were on Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner, though. TMZ reported that Jenner was at a nearby nightclub while Scott partied with the Weeknd, but In Touch Weekly claims Jenner did show up to the Weeknd’s party. Jenner was reportedly surrounded by security and it was unclear if she and Scott interacted.
The Weeknd ended last decade busy. He made his acting debut in the excellent Uncut Gems and dropped two singles—“Heartless” and “Blinding Lights”— last fall in the lead-up to his new album, which is coming “eventually.”
