Billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein has committed suicide in jail, law enforcement officials tell ABC News.
The 66-year-old was awaiting trial for charges of conspiracy and sex trafficking at Manhattan’s Metropolitan Correctional Center. He was accused of arranging to have sex with girls as young as 14. The death follows news that he would be held without bail until his trial starts in June 2020.
