Celebrities are paying their respects after the tragic loss of iconic soul and R&B singer Betty Wright. She was 66.
Wright died on Sunday from cancer in her hometown of Miami, TMZ reports. According to the outlet, she had just been diagnosed in the fall. Wright is known for a number of classic hits, including “Tonight is the Night” and “Clean Up Woman.” In 1975, she took home a Grammy for her song “Where is the Love.”
