Kanye West‘s former SoHo digs can be yours for a cool $4.7 million.
The two-unit property, located at 25 West Houston St., was recently listed by CORE broker Emily Beare. According to the agency’s website, the 2,000-plus-square-foot condo was designed by famed architect Claudio Silvestrin, and has appeared in a number of publications such as Vogue and Elle Décor.
Silvestrin discussed his collaboration with Kanye in a 2009 interview with Design Curial. The minimalist architect described the rapper as his favorite type of client, “someone who wants to learn, who is ambitious but at the same time aware that they don’t know everything.”
People magazine reports Ye purchased a single fourth-floor unit back in 2004. He then bought the adjacent unit about two years later, combining both apartments to create one massive home with one bedroom and 1.5 baths. The highlights of the property include limestone flooring, pear wood cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling storage, incredible city views, top-of-the-line appliances, and a home automation system by Savant.
According to Architectural Digest, Kanye sold the condo last year in an off-market deal for approximately $3 million.

Kanye, who was named the highest-paid hip-hop act of 2019, recently purchased a Wyoming ranch that was listed for $14 million. TMZ reports Ye didn’t pay the full asking price, but it’s unclear exactly how much he shelled out.
