Things are heating up between Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson.
In a clip from a forthcoming special, which is titled The Kardashians, Kim revealed to Robin Roberts how she’s feeling about her relationship with the Saturday Night Live comedian.
“I am a relationship kind of girl, for sure, and I wouldn’t be with someone if I didn’t plan on spending a lot of my time with them,” the reality star said of her relationship with Davidson. “Obviously, I want to take my time, but I’m very happy and very content. And, it’s such a good feeling to be at peace.”
Kris Jenner and Khloé Kardashian’s comments echoed the same sentiment, with Kris saying, “Pete’s great. He’s a really nice guy,” and Khloé being pleasantly surprised at how much her sister laughs with her new beau. “He just makes her laugh. And she laughs all the time,” Khloé shared.
A source recently told ET that Kim and Davidson’s six-month-old relationship is “super serious.” The insider continued, saying, “They both want to take their relationship to the next level.”
“They are enamored with each other and are continuing to work on seeing their relationship blossom further, regardless of the drama that Kanye previously created,” the source added. “Pete decided to speak out because Kanye’s behavior got to a point where he personally felt like he had to stand up for himself as a man and a protector. He is over the negativity that Kanye brought to him and Kim and her family.”
Ye had been relentlessly attacking Davidson online, who “bit his tongue” for as long as he could. “He is hopeful that all this will dissipate in the future,” the source explained.
The insider’s comments mirrored Kim’s previous remarks about what worries her most, which is her children. “She is mostly concerned about her kids being privy to hearing about things, and having to potentially experience negativity by extension,” the insider said. “She just wants everyone to move on, be happy, and to co-parent in a healthy way.”
