Kodak Black May Have Violated Sexual Misconduct Case Bond Conditions Due to Border Arrest

Written by on April 21, 2019

Kodak Black was recently arrested on weed and gun-related charges upon trying to enter the United States from the Canadian border, and was later released on a $20,000 cash bond. Due to the circumstances surrounding his arrest, it’s been made clear that a number of his shows are “unlikely” to go ahead. TMZ is now reporting that the Florence County Solicitors Office in South Carolina is looking into if Kodak violated bond conditions relating to his sexual misconduct case. According to CBS-affiliate WBTW, the case is being reviewed for possible bond revocation.

If the conclusion is that he did, in fact, break his bond conditions, then prosecutors are expected to hold a hearing in which they’ll request the judge revoke his bond.

When cops pulled Kodak and his entourage over at the border, they discovered a 9mm pistol and weed.

Kodak was indicted back in April 2017 on a charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was accused of taking an unnamed teenage girl to his hotel room in February 2016 and raping her, with the victim claiming he said he “couldn’t help himself” and tore off her clothes. She also alleged that he bit her numerous times. He was released on $100,000 bond at the time.
