Lady Lykez And Scratcha DVA Put Their Musical Chemistry To Work On The ‘Muhammad Ali’ EP

Lady Lykez and producer Scratcha DVA probably have one of the oldest friendships in the scene, having first met back in 2007. But over a decade later and the pair have only just worked together for the first time, with the latter producing the former’s latest EP, Muhammad Ali.
The four-track project brings together all the elements that make Lady Lykez such a formidable MC, with grime, rap and dancehall all making an appearance in one form or another, and her rapid-fire delivery and no-nonsense bars are complemented by the high-energy production throughout. There’s even a feature from Lioness who come through for the remix of the title track, proving that 2019 really does belong to the women of the scene.
