Legal Documents Reveal Kim Kardashian Makes $300K to $500K Per Instagram Post

Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Kim Kardashian is making anywhere from $300,000 to $500,000 for each Instagram advertisement post she throws up. It’s previously been reported that Kim makes up to $720,000 per post. Kim’s sister, Kylie Jenner aka “The Youngest Self-Made Billionaire Ever,” reportedly makes a staggering $1,000,000 per post.
Kim, who Forbes reported in 2018 is worth a cool $350 million, is suing fast-fashion brand Missguided USA. Kim is taking the clothing company to court for allegedly using her images to sell “knock-offs.” Because the company has yet to respond to the suit, Kim is asking for a default judgment of $5 million. Why so much? Kim says she’s making the aforementioned $300,000 to $500,000 per IG post and calculated the $5 million amount by using those numbers.
“Missguided does not merely replicate the looks of these celebrities as seen on red carpets, in paparazzi photos, and in social media posts,” Kim’s lawyers Michael Kump previously wrote about the fast-fashion company. “Missguided systematically uses the names and images of Kardashian and other celebrities to advertise and spark interest in its website and clothing.”
“It’s devastating to see these fashion companies rip off designs that have taken the blood, sweat and tears of true designers who have put their all into their own original ideas,” Kim tweeted shortly before news of the Missguided lawsuit surfaced. “I’ve watched these companies profit off my husband’s work for years and now that it’s also affecting designers who have been so generous to give me access to their beautiful works, I can no longer sit silent.”
Only two days ago, I was privileged enough to wear a one-of-a-kind vintage Mugler dress and in less than 24 hours it was knocked off and thrown up on a site – but it’s not for sale. You have to sign up for a waitlist because the dress hasn’t even been made to sell yet.

This is a way to get people to sign up for their mailing list and make people believe there is some kind of relationship between me and this fashion site. There is not.
