Let Your Inner DJ Flourish with FUSER, Harmonix’s New Music-Mixing Game
Written by SOURCE on November 3, 2020
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to headline a music festival? Standing on a stage, with the world’s biggest hits at your fingertips, flashing lights, and a thunderous audience cheering you on? That may all sound too good to be true, but what if it can be?
From the creators of Rock Band and Dance Central comes FUSER, a non-stop digital music festival in which you and your friends can flex your musical skills. With a catalog boasting more than 100 songs from a ton of genres and decades, players can combine vocals, melodies, and instrumentation to create all-new mixes and electrifying performances.
Here’s how FUSER works: players hone their skills by progressing through FUSER’s campaign. As they play their way through six-larger than life stages, they’ll be introduced to in-game promoters who will teach them the tricks of the trade and the advanced techniques they’ll need to blow the audience away. The best players will earn the coveted five gold star ranking by completing mission objectives, satisfying crowd requests, and performing all actions in-time with the music.
Once the players have mastered the basics, they can refine their signature style in Freestyle mode, collaborate with friends in co-op mode, or compete in DJ battles in competitive multiplayer. Players can earn followers by sharing their best mixes in-game or wow their friends by posting performances to their existing social networks
Available on PC and console, November 10, FUSER gives every player an opportunity to live out their wildest DJ dreams.
