Lil Uzi Vert has kept fans satisfied as we await the release of Eternal Atake.
In the weeks since he ended his brief retirement from music, the 24-year-old rapper has dropped a music video, several teasers, and a number of singles: “Free Uzi,” “Sanguine Paradise,” and “That’s a Rack.”
Uzi carries that momentum into the weekend, with an appearance on Lud Foe’s new single “Show U Off.”
“We got Glocks and choppas and that ruger/I ain’t not fuck when I got you too, girl,” Uzi raps. “Every other day, I run into new girls/She say that I got money, count blue money, rule the world.”
“Show U Off” is available now on all major streaming services. The song follows Lud Foe’s 2019 tracks “Jumping” and “Find Me.”
Lud Foe’s music career was put on hold in late 2017, when he was arrested on three counts of domestic battery in Illinois. The Chicago rapper—legal name Willie Akins Jr.—was accused of assaulting his then-pregnant girlfriend and her 44-year-old mother. He spent less than 48 hours in Will County jail, before he was released on bail.
