Listen to Rubi Rose’s New Project ‘For The Streets’

The rapid rise of Rubi Rose continues with the release of her first official mixtape For The Streets featuring guest appearances from Future and PARTYNEXTDOOR.
The rapper took to Twitter to announce the release of her project, sharing the cover art for the first time. After exploding onto the rap scene with her hit track “Big Mouth” early last year, Rubi has carried that momentum into this new project. Her hunger to solidify her place in hip-hop is palpable off the first song, “Intro/ Cardi B Interlude,” where she pays homage to the big homie while also making sure listeners know she means business. Spitting with a veteran’s bravado on For The Streets, Rubi is also able to croon with the best of them in the Future and PARTYNEXTDOOR assisted “Whole Lotta Liquor.”
Rubi has been having an extremely successful 2020, despite not dropping any projects up until this point. After releasing only three solo tracks this year, she has still been able to garner 21.9 million streams on Spotify across 92 different countries.
Along with being featured in a slew of songs this year, the model-turned-rapper also made an appearance in Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s “WAP” music video along with several other women in rap.
The project lives up to its name, so listen to Rubi Rose’s new mixtape For The Streets featuring Future and PARTYNEXTDOOR down below via Spotify.
