Manager Says Kevin Durant Is ‘100 Percent Undecided’ on Where He Will Land

Where will Kevin Durant end up? It looks like he might not even know.
While speaking to Jason Gay at Wall Street Journal‘s Future of Everything Festival, Rich Kleiman, Kevin Durant’s business manager, says the current Golden State Warriors player is “100 percent undecided” about where he will eventually end up following the 2018-19 season.
“That is 100 percent undecided and I’m waiting on Kevin and that’s the truth,” Kleiman said. “I think there’s a feeling this thing is like war games and everybody is playing chess years out but when somebody gets to the level of basketball that he’s at, you can’t juggle focus like that there’s so many things he’s juggling too. He’s not scripting his future while he’s playing the way he plays and practices the way he practices. I think it’s frustrating, honestly, at times. I get it.”

ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski previously reported that “the Warriors are bracing for possibly seismic change within that organization.” Klay Thompson is also up for free agency this summer. There have also been reports that Durant will most likely end up heading to the New York Knicks.
In other news, the Warriors are making their fifth straight NBA Finals appearance after defeating the Portland Trail Blazers. Durant is currently out with a right calf injury.
