Memphis Rapper Kenny Muney Drops ‘Time Is Muney’ Album

Memphis rapper Kenny Muney, who is signed to the late Young Dolph’s Paper Route Empire label, has shared his new album Time is Muney.
The rapper’s latest full-length sees him sticking with that modern, and distinctively Memphis style he’s continued to build his name on. Featuring appearances from Key Glock, Dreezy, and Big Moochie Grape, Time is Muney serves as the follow-up to Muney’s 2019 project, Muney Talk. The production side of things is handled by Paper Route Empire mainstay Bandplay, as well as Memphis heavyweight Tay Keith.
To coincide with the release of the album, Muney has also dropped the video for immediate highlight “Worthless.”
One of the tracks on the album, “Role Model,” serves as a tribute to Dolph, who was shot and killed in his hometown last year. The whole Paper Route Empire family came together for a project in tribute to Dolph last month, and “Role Model” first turned up there.
“Every artist on the label–Key Glock, Jay Fizzle, Moochie Grape, Kenny Muney, Joddy Badass, ChiTana, Big Unc, Snupe Bandz, and Paper Route Woo–were all hand-picked, because beyond talent, he saw in them the same hunger and determination he saw in himself,” said PRE CEO Daddyo in a message on behalf of the label. “He spent time cultivating them as artists, and mentored them until they discovered their own greatness. Each one is more than ready to fulfill their destiny. And they have the support of this entire Empire behind them.”
