Nike SB Dunk Low Safari Release Date Toe
Written by SOURCE on January 30, 2020
The resurgence of the Nike SB Dunk Low continues with the unveiling of an upcoming make-up that borrows its cues from one of the most popular Air Maxes.
Originally released in 2002, Atmos’ “Safari” Air Max 1 has been reimagined as an SB Dunk Low, the latter a future release featuring all of the key details. Brown-toned panels of canvas and suede work as a perfect contrast to grey safari print overlays. The green tongue tag, orange Swooshes, black laces, forefoot mini Swoosh and gum outsole have also been carried over from the runner.
According to nikesbornothing, these will be a general release and were originally expected to release this year, but have been pushed back to next March. If that date holds, these could be part of Nike’s plans for Air Max Day. Keep it locked for updates in the coming months.
UPDATE (01/30): According to py_rates, the “Safari” Nike SB Dunk Low will now release on March 14 for a retail price of $100. Check back in the coming weeks for official updates.
