NYC Design Studio Ceeze Drops Limited “Victory” Sneaker Chair

Since 2015, Ceeze has been one of a handful of creators engineering bespoke shoes and accessories with luxury quality and immersive details that few others have been able to achieve.

Over the last six years, the NYC-based creative entity has linked with almost everyone and anyone to create a selection of truly impressive pieces ranging from custom Air Jordan 1’s and a limited run of burgundy Air Jordan 5’s to multiple Russell Athletic collections.

However, in doing these projects they found that creating small but specific pieces can result in a huge accumulation of scrap shoes and waste material. Keen to reduce the number of surplus materials the crew soon began creating its most technically challenging product to date – the Victory Chair.

Made from a beautifully toned Baltic Birchwood, shaped into the chair legs as swoosh-styled adornments, the Victory Chair features cushions that have been painstakingly crafted from reclaimed Air Jordan uppers. Each of the many sneakers used were gutted and cut before being applied to Napa leather backing and upholstered into the seat. Priced at $6500, each chair takes upwards of 75 hours to make and features 30+ pairs of Air Jordan’s split between the two cushions.
