Patrick Mahomes May Have Already Landed an Endorsement Deal With Hunt’s Ketchup

Hunt’s Ketchup may have come away victorious over Heinz in the ketchup war for Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes’s heart.
On Thursday, Aly Trost of Arrowhead Pride reported that Mahomes signed an endorsement deal with Hunt’s Ketchup, however, the tweet has since been deleted. ESPN’s Darren Rovell also shot down reports about any such ketchup ties.
Earlier this month, a profile on Mahomes revealed just how deep his love for ketchup goes.
Mahomes took it a step further when he admitted that he’s more than just a steak and ketchup kind of guy, he also likes to put the condiment on his mac and cheese.
Heinz responded to his love of ketchup by offering him a lifetime supply in exchange for 57 touchdowns in the 2018 season.
Mahomes has played incredibly well, but asking him to break Peyton Manning’s record of 55 touchdown passes in a single season seemed like quite the uphill climb. Since Heinz seemed fully committed to awarding Mahomes only if he reached a number that was also tied into their whole “57 Varieties” slogan, it’s only right that Hunt’s Ketchup swooped in with an even better deal.
Get your money, Pat, and get some free ketchup. It’s the best win-win scenario.
