Pete Davidson and Margaret Qualley Have Reportedly Split

Earlier this year it was reported that Pete Davidson and actress Margaret Qualley had been quietly dating for several months. However, a source close to the situation has told Us Weekly that they have since split, although “they remain friends.”
It was first revealed that the pair were dating in August. The news arrived after Qualley was accompanied by the SNL star at the Venice Film Festival red carpet. He didn’t pose with her for photos prior to the screening of her film Seberg, but he did sit behind her. “They’ve been seeing each other for a couple of months and Margaret is really excited about him,” a source explained at the time.
The two never 100 percent confirmed their status as a couple when they were dating, but the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star’s mother Andie Macdowell did speak about it openly. “I FaceTimed with Pete the other day or no, she took a video of me to send to Pete that’s what it was,” Macdowell said. “She has a beautiful relationship with him but I don’t want to step on her relationship too much. They have a nice relationship.”
Qualley has had a breakthrough year in 2019, appearing in Once Upon a Time, IO, Strange But True, and Hideo Kojima’s new PlayStation 4 game, Death Stranding. Davidson, meanwhile, has been busy filming James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad, which ultimately led to him missing two weeks of SNL. He also spent part of his summer off from SNL working on an untitled comedy-drama with Judd Apatow that is based around his own life.
